Well, not exactly NEW directions - but we've posted a "Car's eye view"youtube video dRiving to YAMS from the Zebulon ROad area.

We've had a few people who "didn't know there was a music store there" or weren't quite sure how to get to the store - so here's how!

Basses Galore......

Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat....so why not get "phat" with a new bass, fresh from the rack at YAMS? We have several in stock, including an acoustic bass that isn't too expensive, and sounds pretty darn good (especially when paired up with the new ORANGE bass amp in stock!)

New Logo, New look!

We not only have a new signage on the store (pictures coming soon on the website) but we ALSO have a new logo for YAMS!

The new signage on the building really pops out as you are driving down Zebulon Road - we've had several people come by the store in the last week saying, "I never knew you were here, and I live in those apartments back there!"

PORTABLE PA at Young America Music

We have a variety of small, portable PA systems available at Young America Music, including this small setup from Anchor. This is easily carried, works very well for voice and guitar, and even comes with speaker stands.

You can see there are several inputs, including 2 mic inputs and even a set for an ipod or mp3 player.

There is also a wireless mic included in the package.

Bluegrass at Young America Music

Once a month the Middle Georgia Bluegrass association converges on YAMS for a big jam - it's a lot of fun. Here are some photos from the April 20011 meeting.  Everyone had a great time playing - and several people took the time to check out YAM's selection of banjos, mandolins, and guitars.
